After the last update (version 3.1) we are observing a error message in either quick or projects measurements that says: "Unfortunately, PHOTOSYNQ has stopped". However, we can keep working with a older version of the app installed in the phone of my workmate. Can we downgrade the application or do you know how to fix this issue?

The answers to your user questions are being recorded with the measurement (I checked the JSON output for each measurement). There are currently a couple of issues with the data explorer from the last website upgrade. We will fix those bugs so that you can view the results in the data explorer.
You can still collect data on the project and all the user answers will be present once we fix the software bug.
Chrome apps in "Filter Add Series" are not recorded and are not shown all the data (such as DATE, Time of adaptation, Data (day after)).
Data explorer dont work.
I looked over your project. I noticed that filtering data series worked, with the exception of the 'time of adaption' question (you can see in the dashboard that filtering is bringing up the filtered data series). Also, if I bring up the spreadsheet view, the data does not display for the 'DIRK' protocol but does display if I switch to "the One Protocol" or "SPAD." Is the 'time of adaption' question a text input question? Are these the issues that you are having with the data viewer? I am trying to isolate the issues so I can work with the software developers to get all the issues fixed.

Maybe, create a project from scratch. The current project, I started on old software, continued the on the new software. This seems a problem.
Andriy, We are working on fixing any issues that arose from switching from the old API to the new API with the updates on the website. By the end of the week you should be able to see and filter all of your data on the website. You shouldn't need to create a new project.

is this issue happening when you type answer or after completion of measurement before showing results?
Its happening in the middle of recording. A message comes up saying photosynq has stopped working.
Its working fine in my phone but I have an old version of the app as I have not updated it, but in my colleague Oscars phone (original poster) the problem is occurring so that is why we believe it is latest update that is the problem (version 3.1).
