Andriy,

We are currently developing a stomatal conductance measurement that will use changes in humidity. This method will require a pump to move air over the leaf, using the air channels on the lower clamp. The pump set-up and protocol are still in the testing phases. We will be releasing a call for beta testers, on the blog, of this measurement in the near future.
