Hi,

This may be caused by the open and closed positions for the clamp being reset/changed upon update. This means that many protocols that rely on the closing action of the clamp to trigger the measurement cannot tell when the action is completed. Please try this:

1) Connect the MultispeQ to the PhotosynQ Desktop App, and open the console.

2) Type in the command set_open_closed_positions.

3) Hold open the Instrument's clamp approximately 2mm, and enter "+" into the console

4) Then, Hold the clamp open approximately 4mm, and enter "+" into the console once more.

5) Type into the console print_memory, and hit enter. Scroll down to the parameters labeled "open_position" and "closed_position". The open position should be a higher value than the closed position, and both values should be within the general vicinity of 30000-40000.

If this does not fix the problem, please contact support@photosynq.org, so we can look into the issue further.
