As i understand For measure of chlorophyll fluorescence in extract will be use cuvette. This cuvette are analogy cuvette for spectrophotometer? How she will be attached to MultispeC?

Yes - normal, standard cuvettes (11 - 13mm in diameter). Cuvette's will work on the v1.0 out of the box, because the clamp opens wide enough to accept the cuvette without any modifications. At some point in the future, there will be a simple plastic add-on so that the cuvette will be positioned the same every time - but that's not strictly necessary.
