PCA and data analysis

I try using PCA (Principal component analysis) in the analysis of data. For example, Phaseolus vulgaris + molybdenum (difer. concentration) in lab (fig.1) and field (fig.2). Interesting not only influence of molybdenum as well as changes in correlated variables in lab and field plant especially!!!

Interestingly grouped options. Is not it.

Hi, nice looking data! We are finding similarly interesting dependencies for a variety of treatments. Dan TerAvest, Sebastian Kuhlgert and Oliver Tessmer have developed a multivariate analyses pre-processor that does something related. Did you have a look at Dan's tutorial?
