Thank you for the information. We were testing old protocols because "Leaf Photosynthesis MultispeQ V1.0" is taking ~ 45 sec per leaf.

Have you experienced the same amount of time?

Also maybe we don't need some parameters. Perhaps we may create a new protocol (and macro) based on the "Leaf Photosynthesis MultispeQ V1.0".

Alberto you are so close, and I think I know your issue!

Leaf Photosynthesis MultispeQ V1.0 should only take 15 seconds. If I had to guess, you are clamping your leaf and then hitting measure and when you do this it will take 45 seconds. The way to really do it this. Hit Measure on your phone/computer. Then open the clamp to the device and clamp down on your leaf. The protocol is waiting for those jaws to open and close before starting the measurement to avoid a dark adaption period.

Let me know how it goes, it should take 15 seconds and get you with tons of info!
