This flashes the lights in order to generate the data for the "v1.0 CALIBRATION: MultispeQ PAR to LiCOR PAR" protocol.

Do not run this on the device you are calibrating! Instead, run this on the raw PCB which is supplying the light for the calibrating board. This protocol is set to repeat and be initiated by pulling the hall effect sensor trigger low and high to initiate. Once programmer, this only needs to be reset about once per day.
