light response curve

Technical Support and Questions

dear Dave In the last months I have tried to get good light response curve data. However I have difficulties to set up a useful program. I am using various programs of Kenji Takizawa ("Photosynthesis RIDES Actinic 0, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600") to get the results. The data look promising, fit nice with the PAM data and also with the gas exchange data (LICOR 6400XT). However, the effort is very high at the Multispeq and it is annoying to start each two minutes a new program (Measurement). It is my intension to use insteasd your program "simple_fluor-FLUCT_light_curve_with recovery_adv" as a base for the automatic measurement of the parameter (Fs, FoPrime,qL,FvP_over_FmP,FmPrime,NPQt,PhiNPQ, Phi2, PhiNO,LEF,Light Intensity (PAR),Ambient Humidity,Ambient Pressure,Ambient Temperature,Leaf Temperature,Leaf Temperature Differential,SPAD_650,Leaf thickness,PS1 Oxidized Centers,ECS_tau,ECSt mAU,gH+,vH+,PS1 Active Centers,PS1 Open Centers,PS1 Over Reduced Centers) at increasing light intensities. However even the start of to use and modify it is very difficult. When I use your program (s.a) I see all the graphs (Like LEF, PAR etc) and I can watch the respective data when I go with the mouse along the lines. However I cannot download the data in a proper file. I do not get graph files at all and the data files (csv see attached files) contain only the first and the last number of the table beyond the graphs, the abbreviation of the parameter but not a single value of a curve. Have you had this problem before? Can you give me advice please? Additionally, I have difficulties to adapt your program to my demands. Do you have an idea how I can proceed?
