The desktop app was just installed on my computer. When I try to log in, I get the error "server is not responding".
I can log in on the website and the chrome app. So it does not look like the server is really down. How to resolve this?
Are you using a proxy server or a firewall? The Chrome app is part of the Chrome browser and accesses the internet through the browser settings. The new desktop app is a stand alone program, so you have to give permissions for it individually. We are aware that proxy servers can be an issue and we are working on a fix.
