Correlation of NPQ and NPQt, written by Stefanie Tietz. Reconfigured for multiSpeQ v1.0.

0.5 s saturation pulse at 4,500 umol/m^2/s, 5 s pulse of far red light at 5 umol/m^2/sec. Actin light intensities from 50 to 800 umol/m^2/s over 20 minutes. 7410 total pulses, which is less than the maximum of 8,000 active pulses.
