Light Acclimation to Chl Fl in Brassica rapa

Overview

Brassica rapa leaves from 4 genotypes will evaluated for Phi2 responce across light conditions ranging from 2000 umol m-2 s-1 to 0 umol m-2 s-1. These protocols allow light acclimation at each intensity for 20 seconds (flash sequence takes about 6). resulting in a full protocol of approx. (26*10=260 sec) 4 min 30 sec.

This project will be used with other projects where light acclimation time in protocols varies.

PHI2_highlights_2000-250

MultispeQ standard chlorophyll fluorescence from Leaf Photosynthesis MultispeQ V1.0 protocal but set at 5 light intensities. 2000, 1500, 1000, 500, 250 PAR. Acclimation to each intensity last 25 secs before Flash sequence.

PHI2_low_light_125-0

MultispeQ standard chlorophyll fluorescence from Leaf Photosynthesis MultispeQ V1.0 protocal but set at 5 light intensities. 125, 60, 30, 15, 0 PAR. Acclimation to each intensity last 25 secs before Flash sequence.
