Recently,I found that some units don’t have PAR and LEF data. A unit(ID is 32:11:47:ff),I use Leaf photosynthesis multispeQ V1.0 and RIDES,the PAR and LEF data is normal, but no thickness, so I calibrate the thickness. After calibrate, there haven’t PAR and LEF data. And the file of “print_memory”shown below. So what should I do to resolve it?

Hi jiandanyidian,

please tell us a little bit more on how you calibrated the thickness. One little thing I notice, is that you are using the Leaf photosynthesis multispeQ V1.0 with a v2.0 instrument. Please use the Leaf photosynthesis multispeQ V2.0 protocol with your instrument.

For more help, we would also need to know the instruments firmware version and if you recently update your instrument.

Hi Sebastian,

The steps are as follows: Plug MultispeQ into a computer, and connect it to the desktop app.Use the protocol v2.0 Calibrate Leaf Thickness.Protocol will prompt you to insert cards in ascending thickness (T1-T6). If R2 values are marked as inaccurate, do it again. It can happen. Once R2 values are satisfactory, hit “Save to Instrument” at the top left of the screen. Open console. Enter in “set_open_closed_positions”. Insert T6, and enter into the console “+”. Open Clamp 2mm more, and enter into the console “+” ,Test Clamp function with RIDES protocol. And i useed 3 protocol measurements separately(Leaf photosynthesis multispeQ V1.0/Leaf photosynthesis multispeQ V2.0/ photosynthesis RIDES). I haven't calibrated the thickness of another unit, but there is also no PAR and LEF data.

Sorry about the long delay...

I'm not sure what the issue is. Please write an email to support@photosynq.org so the problem can be forwarded to our programmers. Regarding the LEF and PAR, can you try the PAR only protocol. I'm curious if PAR alone will work.
