We are measuring Phi2 and SPAD3 in wheat research plots and we have uploaded all of our data onto the server up until this point. Now, the data doesn't show up on our Dashboard when we try to view it. What could be causing this? As you can imagine, we can't move forward without our data!

Misery loves company, I have the same problem. We went in the field yesterday (6/11) and collected 87 measurements that I have synced up but can't seem to find anywhere.

sorry looking into it. This is an issue that's come up several times and we are addressing it.

Hmmm... I see your data Anne in the wheat project (http://photosynq.org/projects/wheat-fields-in-michigan-cb340609-d425-4675-9280-48e3d0bd03f0/explore_data). Those data points are probably just still on the phone - there is a number in the 'sync settings' screen which shows the amount of cached data. Is there 87 data points there? If not, it did get pushed to the website. If we need to do a call to figure it out I'm open to that as well, i'm around this afternoon after 2:30 -

Also, while I'm working on it, the data is all there so don't worry about data loss. It's just a problem with a single data point. I'm working on it now -

Ok - we know what the problem is - our devs are going to meet to address it on Monday. Until then, know that you're data is fine, it's going into the database fine and there's no issues. You can continue to collect data without a problem. Just keep an eye out for odd values (like when you had that detector issue with lots of bad values) as you see them in the field so you can catch problems before they consume too much resources.
Sorry for the delay but it's exactly your reporting these kinds of issues that help us improve the platform, so thanks for your patience.
