hi，I have two questions. first, for the MultispeQ 2.0, when we using the upgrade firmware (2.0021) or the original firmware, and protocol (Leaf Photosynthesis MultispeQ 2.0), it always shows a red warning ”there was a technical error with your measurement, please retake the measure”. Second，when we connected the device using the provided Desktop App, We did not find the "instrument" option，this is different from the display interface in the Instrument Settings of Help Center. Would be so kind to help me with this problem?

Hey,

  1. The warning is shown, because the ECS part of the measurement fails... your instrument is perfectly fine. The protocol is just a copy of the v1.0 protocol, with modifications to run on the new instrument. I would strongly recommend to use the Photosynthesis RIDES protocol, since the ECS measurement returns much better results.

  2. The documentation is a little ahead of the app release. We are still testing and the Instruments settings tab will be available soon.
