How can we use internal light LED as PAR or ambient light

Technical Support and Questions

From my project photosynthetic variations in canola under salt stress, I can see greater Phi2 values of salt stressed plants than their respective Control plants. Probably, it may be due to difference in PAR. (PAR ranges from 900-1200 uE) Since values were taken in wire-net house, it is very difficult to maintain PAR. Is it possible to normalize Phi2 values as function of PAR before comparing with salt stressed plants. OR is it possible to fix PAR using internal LED in PROTOCOL. If yes, please let me know the procedure?

Hey, "When analyzing photosynthetic parameters (Phi2, PhiNPQ, PhiNO, qL, NPQt, LEF), we should include both light intensity (PAR) and time of day. Because the effect of light intensity is not linear, we use the square root of light intensity (sqrtPAR) rather than the raw PAR." http://photosynq.org/tutorials/r_anova_and_multivariate_analysis#multivariate-analysis
