I suppose posting here is a manual debug report of sorts. Can you tell us more about the measurement maybe? Anything special or different about this point? Maybe it has some pictures, sometimes in poor wifi those can take too long and time out.

The upload problem seems to have resolved itself (it may have been due to a photo attachment), but the inability to send a debug report remains (even after a reinstall). Hmm, I'm having this problem again with many measurements on multiple phones. It's definitely associated with photos, but I'm uploading from a good wifi connection. I would be fine doing without the photos, but I can't see a way to upload the measurements without them. Any advice?
