Hello! I was wondering if humidity in the protocol of the multispeq represents ambient humidity or the humidity of the inside or surface of the leaf? Anyone knows what is the most likely?

Erik, the humidity measurement in the "Leaf Photosynthesis MultispeQ v1.0" protocol is ambient humidity.
