I can see your data on the project (https://www.photosynq.org/projects/preliminary-testing-via-usb-connection/explore). When I filter by Time and Date I can see that you took 9 measurements today.

When contributing data with the chrome desktop app, assuming you are connected to the internet, the data will be uploaded to the PhotosynQ website as soon as you click save. Further, once you have saved the measurement, the app will take you back to the contribute data page so that you can continue to collect data. We do not save measurements locally on the chrome app, unless you are using the Notebook, but rather they get submitted to the website, where they can be viewed.

I am not sure why the measurements were not showing up in the latest measurement tab, I will look into that.

Hi Dan, Thank you for the speedy reply, letting me know where I can see my data and how the application flows when data collecting! Do you have a recommendation for when it is more appropriate to use the "notebook" as opposed to the "project" function?

If you are going to be collecting multiple measurements on specific plant populations, using PhotosynQ projects is a better option than using the notebook. In part because the PhotosynQ data viewer allows you to filter and create separate series to easily compare your data.

Hi please help, I collected my data for five days consecutively on notebook, but I am unable to see any of them currently what might be the problem? Can I have them back?

Hello Molly, Your data must be saved in your notebook if they have not been uploaded to your "PhotosynQ project". Please search in your hard drive and locate them. We will be able to help you to upload them to the relevant project. Could you please send the data files to help@photosynq.org with the project name?

Hi Suneth, thank you for the response. Just to clarify, my data has totally disappeared from the notebook I cant see them. I am not very knowledgeable about the data file location however the project name is drought tolerance in Lablab purpureus. See screenshot below.

Hi Molly, Thank you for your question. On your computer, the raw data files must be saved in some form of directory. Could you please check and see whether there is a directory named "PhotosynQ" or "MultispeQ" and within there, please see whether you can find files with .json extensions.
