I am a confused how the photosynQ documentation and other publications that define the gH+ and vH+ measurements.
What does the MultispeQ Measure and how to cite sections of the photosynQ documentation define vH+ and gH+ as proton conductivity and steady state proton flux, respectively.
However, Avenson et al. (2005) defines vH+ as the steady-state rate of photon flux, and Kanazawa and Kramer (2002) defines gH+ as proton conductivity. Does the photosynQ documentation have the definitions of vH+ and gH+ transposed?

Hi Craig, You found a typo in the Parameter section. Yes, gH+ is the proton conductivity, and vH+ is the flux. We will fix it. Thank you for pointing out. Atsuko
