Hello all,

I am new to using the MultispeQ 2.0 and I wish to calculate stomatal conductance. Is there a macro that can do this automatically or do I need to work it out from the output of the protocol? If so which outputs should I be focusing on? Using the RIDES protocol (believe this is the correct one?!), I receive the following values (along with a whole host of others), but I believe stomatal conductance will require these: - Ambient Humidity - Ambient Temperature - Leaf Temperature Differential - Humidity 2_K_T (three values) - Humidity_K_T (three values) - Leaf temperature - Leaf_temp_T (three values)

Does anybody know which parameters I need for stomatal conductance?

Also what are the differences between humidity2_k_t and humidity_K_T parameters?

Thanks in advance to any suggestion!

Hi Daisy,

In order to measure the stomatal conductance, you need a separate external pump to control the airflow to the MultispeQ V.2.0. The pump and the procedure of measurements are currently under development. -- Atsuko
