I am a graduate student in Wayne Loescher's lab, part of the Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology Program at Michigan State University. Our current research focuses on the physiological mechanisms of drought tolerance in common bean, Phaseolus vulgaris, and how these mechanisms differ among drought tolerant and drought susceptible varieties.
