Assessment of the interaction variety by mineral and organic fertilizer on voandzou yield and yield related traits Sites : Rollo

This project aims to assess the influence of the interaction variety by mineral and organic fertilizer on Bambara groundnut yield and yield components in the Sahelo-soudanian agro ecological zone of Burkina Faso. Experimental design: Randomized Complete Blocks Design (RCBD) with four replications will be used during the rainy season 2018. Each block will be divided into 16 plots containing four rows per plot. The following photosynthesis-related parameters will be measured during the development of the plants: Chlorophyll Fluorescence: Phi2, PhiNPQ, PhiNO, NPQt, qL, LEF Relative Chlorophyll: SPAD Proton Motive Force: ECSt, vH+, gH+ Absorbance at: 450, 535, 605, 650, 730, 850, 880, and 940nm. Leaf Thickness (in mm), angle, and cardinal direction Leaf Temperature and differential from ambient temperature Environmental conditions: PAR and ambient temperature/pressure/humidity Photosynthetically active radiation Measure of leaf “greenness”: SPAD
